CREEK CROW HOUSING THOMPSON AUTHORITY SD Request for Proposals (RFP) The Crow Creek Housing Authority ("CCHA") located in Fort Thompson, SD on the Crow Creek Sioux Reservation is now accepting proposals for FEE ACCOUNTING SERVICES from qualified firms and individuals for a period of three years for FY2024, FY2025, and FY2026. The Scope of Services will include all CCHA books and records including the CCHA Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) funds, in addition to all other CCHA grants and accounts. Other federal grant programs operated in FY 2023 include HAF, ERA, ICDBG and IHBG CARES and IHBG ARP programs. The CCHA currently has 22 staffed employees and manages and operates 225 total affordable housing units. CCHA reserves the right to award a contract for one, two or three years in its sole discretion.
