HOUSING CREEK CROW AUTHORIT THOMPSON SD Request for Proposals (RFP) The Crow Creek Housing Authority ("CCHA") located in Fort Thompson, SD on the Crow Creek Sioux Reservation is now accepting proposals for FEE ACCOUNTING SERVICES from qualified firms and individuals for a period of three years for FY2023, FY2024, and FY2025. The Scope of Services will include all CCHA books and records including the CCHA Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) funds, in addition to all other CCHA grants and accounts. Other federal grant programs operated in FY 2023 include HAF, ERA, ICDBG and IHBG CARES and IHBG ARP programs. CCHA reserves the right to award a contract for one, two or three years in its sole discretion. Indian Preference applies to this solicitation. Prior experience in providing fee accounting services to CCHA or other Tribally Designated Housing Entities, including at least 3 references and a list of prior TDHE clients within the past 5 years 3. Demonstrated ability to timely complete services as evidenced by a management and staffing plan for assigning and overseeing work and proposed staffing and hours provided for superior services and to ensure quality control of such services 4. Knowledge of the requirements and regulations of NAHASDA, ICDBG, IHBG, ARP IHBG, CARES IHBG, ERA, and HAF grant programs 5. Written Indian Preference Training and Labor Plan 6.
