HOUSING CREEK CROW THOMPSON AUTHORITY SD Request for Quotes (RFQ) The Crow Creek Housing Authority ("CCHA") is requesting Quotes from qualified firms, or individuals who are licensed electricians to provide as needed electrical services on CCHA housing units located in Fort Thompson, SD, on the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe Indian Reservation. Quoted prices shall be good for 90 days after the Quote due date. The firm chosen will provide "as needed" electrical services for a period of three years with services not exceeding $250,000.00. In the event that the "as needed" services reach the contract ceiling price, a new solicitation will be required and a new contract will be signed with the firm that is chosen based on the updated procurement. There is no set minimum or maximum amount of work associated with this contract. Indian Preference applies to this solicitation. Contractors seeking Indian Preference may contact CCHA as set forth below. Responsive Quotations may also be accepted by Non-Indian Contractors. CONTRACT AND PROJECT REQUIREMENTS. Contractor shall execute a contract which contains additional obligations and requirements that apply to this Quote, which are incorporated herein by reference. Federal funds are being used to fund this project. All applicable federal laws shall apply including but not limited to the provisions provided under 2 C.F.R. Part 200.327. PAYMENT AND COST OF WORK. The Firm shall provide per hour pricing for a Licensed Electrician and any other personnel that would be utilized to carry out work under the contract. Include straight-time rates, overtime rates, any holiday & emergency rates, and taxes that would apply. Furthermore, provide a price list of Reimbursable Cost items that may be provided as part of the contract. Mileage for on-site visits and meals and incidental expenses will be paid at the approved GSA rate. A performance and payment bond or alternative form of security is required. AWARD. The contract will only be awarded to a responsive and responsible individual or firm. Subject to Indian Preference stated above, the contract will be awarded to a qualified Indian enterprise submitting the lowest responsive quotation if such quotation is within budgeting limits established by this request and is within ten percent (10%) of the lowest responsive quotation from any qualified individual or firm. If no responsive quotation by a qualified Indian enterprise is within the above-stated limits, then the award will be made to the individual or firm with the lowest responsive quotation.
