CREEK CROW HOUSING THOMPSON SD RITY Request for Proposals (RFP) The Crow Creek Housing Authority (CCHA), located in Fort Thompson, SD is seeking PROPOSALS FOR FOURTEEN (14) MODULAR, FACTORY BUILT HOUSES. The CCHA will need proposals from modular, factory-built housing companies to design, build, deliver and install fourteen (14) modular, factory-built houses, each consisting of approximately 640-1,500 square feet, including four (4) one bedroom (tiny) houses, four (4) two bedroom houses, four (4) three bedroom houses, and two (2) four bedroom houses. Proposals should contain at least two (2) different unit designs, which if selected, each of the designs may be used for several units. Upon selection of the contractor and design specifications, CCHA will solicit quotations from qualified contractors, under another contract, for construction of the foundations, service line installation (sewer, water and electrical) and site grading for the (14) housing units each lot the housing unit will be placed on. START DATE: To be agreed on by the Owner and Contractor. COMPLETION DATE: No later than September 30, 2025. If this date is not possible, propose a completion date in your proposal.
