SCOPE OF WORK: Includes construction of, and placement on foundations, of twenty-two (22) modular, factory-built houses, including four (4) two-bedroom houses (875 sqft.), ten (10) three bedroom houses (1,150 sqft), and eight (8) four bedroom houses (1,400 sqft). Completion of work shall be by September 30, 2026. Contractor may submit a later completion date, and that will be factored into the scoring. Foundations will be provided by the Housing Authority.
