THORITY SD Request for Proposals (RFP) The Crow Creek Housing Authority (CCHA), located in Fort Thompson, SD is seeking PROPOSALS FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR FIVE (4) PRE-FABRICATED TINY HOMES AND FIVE (5) NEW LOW RENT SINGLE FAMILY HOMES. The CCHA will work with the A/E Firm to decide on whether new construction, modular, manufactured, or prefabricated homes or a mixture of will be the most cost effective for the low rent homes. The CCHA will need construction ready designs, plans, diagrams and specifications for the nine (9) homes. START DATE: COMPLETION DATES: Indian Preference applies to this solicitation. EVALUATION FACTORS: Proposals shall be evaluated based on a point system with a total possible score of 100. Proposals must address all the evaluation factors to be considered responsive as follows: 1. Capacity and ability to properly perform the Contract, Including ability to complete all work as specified in the Scope of Work 3. Experience in designing new low-rent single family homes, including 3 references 4. Experience in successfully working with CCHA or other Tribal housing entities 5. Written Indian Preference Training and Labor Plan 6.
