HOUSING CREEK CROW THOMPSON UTHORITY SD Request for Proposals (RFP) The Crow Creek Housing Authority ("CCHA") located in Fort Thompson, SD on the Crow Creek Indian Reservation is now accepting proposals from qualified firms and individuals with the expertise needed to provide technology services for the CCHA. The contract will be a five (5) year contract with an expected start date of October 1, 2022.
