Angie Uttecht - Hi, I’m Angie – the Broker/Owner of Ace Realty. Welcome to our website. Back in 1994 (yikes, that was a long time ago!), I decided to take a leap of faith and become a real estate agent. I am fairly competitive, ok that’s a lie, I am extremely competitive, and I thought real estate was a good way for me to express my driven personality. I wanted flexibility and the ability to control my own destiny. And, most importantly, I wanted to help clients find that perfect home and realize the American Dream of homeownership! I also loved using my marketing talents to help sellers tell their home story!
Fast forward a few, ok quite a few, years and now as a Broker/Owner with a growing company, I thrive on helping agents on their journey to success. Ace Realty provides the latest in technology and solid systems to ensure Ace Realty Agents are equipped to thrive in today’s fast paced market. Beyond business, during my over 30 years in real estate, I have been involved in nearly every local community board/association over the years as well as local, state and National Real Estate boards including President of the South Dakota Realtors Association and was honored to receive South Dakota Realtor of the Year in 2022.
