The mission of the Spring Creek Cow Creek Sanitary District (SCCCSD) is to provide potable water and collect, treat, dispose of wastewater and solid waste in a safe and cost-effective manner as prescribed by state and federal law for the District. The District is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of operations and maintenance, forward thinking in planning for the facility, achieving maximum cost efficiency and effectiveness.
The (SCCCSD) is a public Governmental agency that operates and maintains the water and sanitary sewer lines and treats wastewater generated by the residents and businesses of the District.
