She moved to Pierre from Manhattan, KS in 1999 and began teaching preschool at St. Joseph School. In 2010, she became the PE teacher there and continues in that role today. Here is what Karlee's nominator said about her: "Mrs. Ehrenfried consistently goes above and beyond. She integrates academic concepts into her PE activities and is always introducing new ideas and activities that keep students excited."
