The Stanley County Commission is now accepting applications for the position of Stanley County Director of Equalization Administrative Assistant. Self-motivated and reliable. Requires customer service skills, accuracy, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, problem solve, complete tasks with a deadline, work independently and as a team. Answer telephone, route calls, handle mail/e-mail, filing, data entry, make copies, scan documents, mailings, correspondence, bill customers and perform other office duties as needed. Must be able to communicate both oral and in writing, to review, evaluate, analyze data and prepare reports, work with figures to gather, compare and summarize data from a variety of sources. Skilled in operating office equipment (telephone, computer, copier, scanner, etc.), experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Access. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (CT). Must have a high school diploma or GED certification. Requires a valid driver's license. Starting wage is $16.00/hour, DOQ, with benefits. Closing September 10, 2021.
